We try to keep this as simple as possible. You have enough to do without worrying about a teleprompter! Although it's nice to have this booked in advance, oddly, many clients decide at the last minute that they need a teleprompter. No worries. . . we can generally meet last minute requests or add-ons. Our operators are well seasoned and can integrate seamlessly with your production crew and clients. Editing on site is no problem. All our equipment is up-to-date, well serviced and we always bring back-up computers to deal with the unexpected. Check out the simple steps below to get this going. Call or email with the details about your event or production. We'll need to know what type of prompter service you need, how many you need, how many days you need us and where it is. We can quickly determine if we have what you need available and quote you a price.
To be put on the calendar we require a $100 deposit (refundable up to 7 days prior to the event). Balance will be paid at the event unless other arrangements have been made. We hold your credit card number and will email you an authorization form to return to confirm the date.
On the day of the event or production, payment can be made to our operator either via business check or the card we have on file. We also can provide you with a W9 and COI if needed. GRP will not keep your CC information beyond receiving payment of the balance for this event .
