GRP has seen that too often the person in charge of these type events is responsible for the production in addition to his/her regular job description. With that in mind we make the process simple so you can concentrate on your work. The obvious purpose is the immediacy and interactivity of the event, to reach a large audience with minimal expense. That in and of itself is a great reason to choose the webcast option. If interactivity is not an important element for you, we can prepare the program for an archive on your website or for later uplink. The additional benefits are byproducts of hosting the event from a broadcast facility. GRP has the capability of recording the entire event on an uncompressed high resolution broadcast format. The content can then be edited to provide a variety of products such as DVDs, specific web content, sound bites or edited audio only materials. The content can also be used for broadcast commercials, infomercials or supplemental AV materials for live presentations.
