WEBCAST OVERVIEW
Webcasting is a term that is often lumped in with a bunch of high-tech buzzwords like webinar, webex, webmeeting, podcast and webcam. It is not a new concept but much farther along in function and ease of use than you might know. Firstly what GRP offers is interactive, meaning the participants can ask questions or participate in the event making this more than a talking head presentation. Based on the response of the participant, they can get a question answered, add to the discussion or have a document emailed to them immediately. A good example is continuing education. The viewer can answer test questions and have their certificate emailed automatically based on whatever criteria you desire. We can push powerpoint slides, roll in preproduced video content or any other live video we need. As a product training tool you might need to show a real time demonstration - we have you covered. You can train your entire staff all over the world at the same time - and they never have to leave the office!
